Return Policy

Returns and Refunds
Any unused portion of a subscription will be refunded upon cancellation request. For credit card refund, cancellation must be made within 90 days of order date. If cancellation is made after 90 days, or if purchase was made by check or money order, purchaser will receive a check for the refund amount. For cancellations, please email subscriptions@seeingtheeveryday.com , and we will begin processing your request. A reason for the cancellation is appreciated but not required.

Exchanges
For copies of magazines that arrive in damaged condition, a replacement copy may be requested. To make a request, please e-mail subscriptions@seeingtheeveryday.com with an explanation of the magazine's damaged condition.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
Issues are published quarterly and there are two shippings of each issue. Therefore, please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery.

Carriers
All orders are delivered via USPS.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is included in the subscription price for domestic orders. International shipping charges are provided prior to checkout and added to the total order. Shipping for bulk orders will vary and be provided as orders are taken.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Seeing the Everyday uses your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Your information is used to fill your order and to contact you regarding your subscription. Your information may also be used to provide you with information about Seeing the Everyday, though you may choose to decline these communications. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
